Third-Party Expenses
Government fees, insurance premiums, BOC-3 or provider charges, ELD costs, financing costs, vehicle costs, mechanic or shop charges, towing, parts, diagnostics, inspections, and other third-party expenses are separate unless specifically stated in writing.
Carrier Responsibility
The carrier remains responsible for safety, compliance, drivers, equipment, contracts, filings, insurance, taxes, operating decisions, and all duties imposed by law or agreement.
